Paintover for Satoru-13

Humanised Starscream, right? Well, did most of the work, I just gave him bones.

It's easier to see the changes I made when you're flipping back and forth between the two images on top of each other, but this will have to do.

I have a huge pile of notes, both typed and verbal, that I gave to ~satoru-13 already, but if anyone wants specific liner notes I'd be happy to provide. (e.g. "are you totally clueless about etapulettes?", "wtf is up with the jodhpurs?", "the lighting on his left glove is really weird", and so on.)
