Kythea: Maurie chibi

I'm still trying to come to terms with the fact that I've actually submitted something into the "manga and anime style" gallery more than once now. I feel so dirty. ._.

Practicing my chibis so I can sell them and make money and buy the Princess Tutu DVDs which I desperately want. Of course, all technicalities state that chibis should be cell-shaded, but I'm physically incapable of that at this point in time, plus I don't do this stuff a lot so I'm easing into it slowly. Eventually I should be able to do proper chibis.

How much could I sell these (custom, of course) for? They'd be about this size, OCs only (I feel uncomfortable selling fanart--that's gotta be illegal somewhere), minimalistic background, etc. I was thinking between 5 and 10 dollars, but...

One of the side characters from my webcomic, Kythea, only as a human because you see I had a small dilemma and couldn't decide whether the characters would be humans or wolves so in the end I figured I'd do the main comic in wolves, and the side stories (of which there are a lot) in humans. My characterisation is just that terrible. ._.

Anyway, side character. Maurissa el Laye (human) or Maurissa Hoieai Ayesde Metchen (wolf) is Sagine's best friend, a hopeless romantic, and more than slightly ditzy. I think I introduced her in the sketch I posted of these. Aah, I don't even know any more.
