oh my god, a fully digital piece that doesn’t stink?? YES, DIGI-ARTBLOCK BROKEN /knock wood
The badly-tacked-on guy (yeeees he is a guy) is Setrini and the massive thing is an Eker named Makador. These are the villains…anti-villains? Punch clock villains? Villainous mooks? Ineffectual sympathetic villains? Well, the guys who kill the main character’s parents in my webcomic Dory Archer.
The anatomy of Ekers still need to be worked on—this is in fact the first coloured picture I have ever drawn of Makador—it’s not helped by the fact that Ekers, being magically constructed, all look different. Very little of this poor creature even makes any sense, and I just can’t get a handle on relative sizes. But I think that all in all it came out pretty well. And it’s even cellshaded, too. #Ifailcellshadingforever
(If Setrini weren’t so important to the picture he would be SO removed, urg. He’s actually quite a handsome guy, if grumpy. As it stands, please just allow your eyes to skip over him and his terrible design and his lazy boots and his being made of everything that is artistically bad in the world. ;A
